Process Safety Management (PSM)
The purpose of process safety management is to ensure that highly hazardous chemicals are contained and controlled throughout the process.
OSHA’s PSM standard 29 CFR 1910.119 covers fourteen elements to ensure that your covered process is evaluated and controlled to prevent exposure or potential injury to personnel who work in or around the process; and to prevent catastrophic releases. The regulation is technical, rigorous and demanding. We help companies understand OSHA’s PSM standard and the requirements involved.
We provide employee training, compliance audits, and process hazard analysis and policy and procedure writing. Our experts are Certified Safety Professionals, former OSHA Compliance Officers, former OSHA PSM instructors and degreed Safety Engineers.
